BOOKING AN APPOINTMENT:
A signed contract and a 50% non-refundable deposit of total services are required when booking an appointment.
Please be advised: dates and scheduled makeup times will only be reserved when a signed contract and non-refundable deposit are received. The remaining balance is due on the day services are rendered by Cash/PayPal. Checks are not accepted.
CONTRACT POLICY:
The contract must be signed by the person(s) booking services for a particular session, and will specify the location, date, time, and the number of persons receiving makeup services. If services for more than one person are being booked, the non-refundable deposit for each person must be paid when the contract is signed, to guarantee each reservation. Due to the possibility of scheduling conflicts, additional services added after the contract is signed, or changes made to the location, date, and time of event will be done at the sole discretion of Makeup By Cassi J. This contract is the only agreement between the person(s) booking / contracting the services of Makeup By Cassi J. The contract with full policies will be emailed to the client and returned back to Makeup By Cassi J with payment. If a signed contract and payment are not received within five days from the date the contract has been emailed, your date may be forfeited.
PAYMENT POLICY-WEDDINGS & PHOTO SHOOTS:
The full balance is due seven (7) days before the scheduled event, payable by Cash/PayPal. In the event that the date is booked less than (10) ten days before the event, the full balance is due at the time of booking via Cash/PayPal. Checks are not accepted. Full payment must be received before services are rendered.
TRAVEL/HOTEL POLICY:
Travel is included up to 20 miles. Locations outside of 20 miles (round trip) will incur a round trip fee of $ .575 per mile.
A hotel will be needed for locations more than 1.5 hours away, where start times are 8:00 am or earlier. The hotel fee will be discussed with the individual responsible for the booking contract.
CANCELLATIONS:
Cancellations must be made five (5) days prior to the reserved date, or the person(s) who booked the service will be responsible for the total amount agreed upon in the contract. The 50% deposit is non-refundable, but transferrable, at the discretion of Makeup By Cassi J.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
For services of 7 or more, an assistant will be brought in for an additional fee, at the recommendation of Makeup By Cassi J.
